Acura RL 2004

Question
Hi, I purchased a new replacement battery from pep boys for a 04 Acura, they gave me the wrong one, the terminals were opposite. When I put it in the cables didn't fit and it sparked. Well, finally I have the correct battery, but now the car is completely DEAD. The bell doesn't ring when I put the key in, AND I can't even put the car in Neutral to push it. What could have happened?

As long as the battery is connected properly, the problem may just be a blow fuse and or fusible link. Check the fuse box and check for blown fuses. Is the battery fully charged ? The main problem is spiking the ECU, but you won't know if there is further damage untill you try and start it up.
