I'll go to the main problem dirct.
I have hard shifting form first speed to second only especially when I leave the car for many hours( 3 & more ). even I drive after warming up the engine well.
but that always happen. but it disappear after a while driving.
what is that caoused by??

I changed the transmision, but this porblem still in my car.

Since I bought my car on 2003 I have this porblem.

Could you please advise me what I have to do.

Have you checked for either enough fluid in the clutch master or bled the slave cylinders?

Do you mean the transmision fluid???
It's Ok just 4 monthes sense I replace it with transmision changed.
about the clutch fluid, my car trans. is automatic. How can I check that.
