Hi, I have a 97 Acura 3.5 RL 120k miles and it will not start up. When I turn the key in the inition, I only hear multiple fast ticking sounds. All lights show up fine on the dash and the radio works fine as well. The relay was replaced about 4mths prior. I imagine the starter solenoid is what I hear clicking. This has been going on for about 2wks now. Sometimes it starts just fine, others there is no ticking sound nor does it start..jump seems completely dead. There is slight corrosion around the battery. Do you think this is an electrical issue or possibly just the starter? Thanks

I suggest you clean the corroded cable and test again for start. Otherwise, I would take out the starter and replace.
