I know I"m new here, but I think it would be awesome if there were a forum topic devoted to members review of car shops? whether or not they had a good/bad experience at that shop... I'm an average Joe with little knowledge about cars and maybe for guys/gals like us it would be helpful... reviews on franchises and big companies like: Kennedy Transmission, Firestone, Jiffy Lube, etc. etc... I've read many complaints about Jiffy lube and probably won't take my car there ever (sorry if there are Jiffy Lube mechanics here and I know that different locations have different workers and not all places are bad), but just a thought!
