Acura MDX 04. 46,000mls. V6.
When I bought this vehicle used, it pulled slightly left. We thought it was an alignment issue. However, after the alignment, there was no improvement.
Now dealer says there must be a 'radial pull' in one of the tires. What does this mean? What do you recommmend I do? How much should it cost to repair?
I'll be happy to make a donation if you can give me some guidance.

Have you rotated the tires since you got the vehicle? I recommend that prior to saying replacement of tires. That way you can possibly forgo the tire replacement if it does not solve the issue. Another line of thinking is that a brake on that side could be hanging a bit.
