2008 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual

I got a problem with a Saab's 93 year 2002 convertible. How can i detach the convertible on the car?

It has been blocked. Only half a part of the convertible which open. I got someone to repair it but he don't know how to detach it. He already try the valve and manual locking or unlocking of the soft top cover. Thanking you in advance.
