2008 Honda Odyssey rolling in gear

Transmission problem
2008 Honda Odyssey 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 0

Just bought an Odyssey. The transmission alone won't hild it in place on a hill. If I am on an upslope in drive and take my foot off the brake, it will roll backwards. If I am on a downslope in reverse and take my foot off the brake it will roll forward. I have never had a car where the transmission alone will not hold it from rolling before, unless I was on some MONSTER hill, and I am talking a pretty tame hill here. Do I have a problem, or is this normal?

Should not be a problem. Is the idling speed low?
