Shakes or Wobbles problem
2007 Honda Civic 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 28000 miles

My Honda is fairly new and i noticed some vibration, I had tires rotated and then balanced. I still notice vibration, and recently noticed a piece of steel about a 1/4 inch in my front tire. I do not know how long it has been there or how deep this object penatrates. Could this cause the vibrations?
What else would it be on a fairly new car?

The descripion on the vibration is not comprehensive enough for us to determine what is the problem. If there is something wrong with the tires, it should be checked first to eliminate the source.

How is the vibration like and when does it happen? Where is it felt most?
