Engine Performance problem
2007 GMC C1500 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 58000 miles

when going down the road, the engine will miss, causing the truck to buck, but then continue on as if nothing is wrong. Sometimes it starts right up, but after it warms up it's die while idling, or sometimes when taking off from a stop. mechanic looked at it and said the mass air flow sensor connection was dirty and cleaned the connection. But it started doing the same thing the next day.
Also, is there somewhere I can get a service and repair manual for it,, the closest thing I can find is a 2006, although mine is a 2007, it's the old model, before they changed them up,, will a 2006 manual work for me ?? Thanks in advance.
