Transmission problem
2006 Nissan Sentra 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 31,000 miles

I took mmy car in for 30,000 mile service and had all of the fluids flushed, I picked my car up and i was only 3 blocks from the dealer and my car halted when i pressed on the gas the rpms just went crazy but the car would not move. the was pushed to the side of the road and the transmission fluid was empty it had all leaked out. My question is that when they go to repair it should i ask the to replace the transmission or just repair it? obviously they did not do something correctly when flushing and refilling. My husband says that once a transmision is dry that there is nothing but problems with just a repaired transmission. thanks
