My indicator turn signals work fine outside the car but stopped working inside. That is, I cannot see the indicator on the dash nor hear it inside. Could that be a fuse problem?

no. if the blinkers work outside the problem is going to be a faulty dash cluster, most likely. warranty? should still be covered.
