2006 Acura RL 6 cyl 22000 miles

Good day,
There is a blue LED that is supposed to light the passenger footwell at night. It is not working. I removed the kick panel containing the LED to notice that the it is missing a power wire. In other words, there is a harness connected to the LED, but no power connection wire to the harness. I looked with a flashlight under the glove box and could not find the other portion of the harness. Can you guys please tell me roughly where the power wire should originate so I can look more closely by removing more beauty panels?
