Interior problem
2005 Toyota Sienna 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 36000 miles

Somehow, I've got staining on the underside of my dashboard glass. I've found 2 phillips screws on the top underside of the dash that seem to be holding the black plastic frame that holds the dash glass -- but these screws just turn wildly and don't unscrew. How do I remove these "screws" so I can get to the glass?
