Noises problem
2005 Hyundai Sonata 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 104000 miles

I have this extremely loud screatching noise sometimes when i start my car. everyone I have talked to said they think it is the belt, and I took it in to have it looked at. Of course when i got there, the car was not screathing anymore, and the mechanics physically inspected the belt, and made sure it was not to loose. They said everything looks fine. Later that night I start it up and my car screatches again. I trust the mechanics that looked at it, and believe it may not be the actual belt or the tension of the belt. What else could it be? A few more clues, it happens only when I start the car up, it happens more when I use the air conditioner right when I start the car. Please help!!
