Engine Mechanical problem

My hyundai acccent one day decided to not start and i have a feeling it is my fuel pump. The reason i think it is the pump is, when you turn the key to the on postion you cannot hear the pump kick on. And when i try to start the car the starter just cranks away and the motor sounds as if it is not getting any gas. I was just going to try to replace the pump but I dont know where it is. I am hoping it is not inside the gas tank if you were able to tell me where the pump is located that would be a great help. thank you

the fuel pump is in the tank, but before you go and replace it, check for voltage at it while someoen turns the key to on, if it is geting voltage and no pump reponse, pump is bad.
