Electrical problem

The horn on my Honda Odyssey is intermittant, sometimes it operates on first touch of the horn switch and sometimes I can hold the horn switch down for several seconds before it honks. The owners manual indicates only a fuse in that circuit and the dealership was unable to supply a relay, as they had none listed for the horn on the data pages that were available to the parts counter. They also said they would have to remove the bumper to trouble shoot the problem ( to get at the horns themselves, I suspect).
Is there a relay for the horn and where is it?
