2005 Ford Ranger how to replace fuel pump

Engine Performance problem
2005 Ford Ranger 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Manual 37000 miles

Hi, I am getting no fuel to the engine, and hear no pump priming whin I turn the key on. How do I diagnose and change the fuel pump?

fuel pump module is in the fuel tank
the only way out tank must come down
