2005 Dodge Ram V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 27000 miles

After having Check Gauges, Check Engine, ABS, Airbag, Brake lights all come on at once on dash my battery indicator pegged to zero then went halfway up and slowly drained out. All lights dimmed and then died. My truck shutoff and would not restart. Replaced battery and same thing happened.

Replaced alternator and recharged battery vehicle started twice with Engine Throttle Control light on but that went away after the third time. But now Check Gauges light will come on after about 5 minutes of driving and the battery indicator gauge will drop to zero.
