2005 Chrysler Town and Country Automatic Locks

Electrical problem
2005 Chrysler Town and Country 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles

Our automatic locks quit. We can take out the fuse and replace it and they work for a couple of hours and quit again. We replaced the fuse with a new one and it worked for a couple of hours and quit. Any ideas of what may be going on?
