How can I fix a p0700(trans control sys malfunction) code. This is a friends car. It's a Chryler Sebring 4D 95

P0700 is general code to let u know u have a tranny troubled
u need to scan the TCM for codes
as it will pin point the troubled issue
have it scanned ,check fuses and wiring to the TCM
