Engine Mechanical problem

I accidently started filling my car up with the ethanol gas (2 gallons) before I realized I was using the wrong pump. I stopped and continued using the normal gasoline. Now my check engine light is on. What is the problem and what do I do.

Just run the E-85 fuel out, then fill up with unleaded fuel. After that, take it to autozone and have them clear the code. If the light comes back on, let us know.
