Electrical problem

Car was parked with radio on and radio cut out and whe i tried to start it there was just a clicking noise. I let the car roll and hill started it. Then it took a little while to get the rev's up even with accellerator pressed. i drove hme normally and when i switched off it then started normally can you offer advice please?

You flattened the battery with the radio .. once you bumped it and ran it for a while the battery got recharged off the alternator .. it should be fine from now on .. but maybe it is time to fit a new battery ?
