2004 Toyota Sienna 6 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 69000 miles

Drivers rear automatic sliding door just wouldn't close one day at the grocery store. Forced it closed with the door motor turned off. The motor is fine and even with it off it is hard to close. Feels like a cable is off track and sticking.

Tons of people online with this problem and stories of $3000 repair bills. No Chiltons manual to tell me how to tear into the door. No one has posted a solution or "how to" that I can find.

Toyota has not addressed the problem.
