Shakes or Wobbles problem

i recently had the crank shaft sensor and timing belt replaced in my sonata after it stopped on the interstate. my car now shakes when you start it and does not accelerate. once i get the car to around 55mph it drives fine.
when connected to diagnostic test it shows nothing is wrong with the car. they thought it could be a throttle sensor but not certain and i am not willing to pay out money if it wont fix it. any ideas on what it could be?
