afrter i had a "jump" the clock keeps flashing and
when I turn on the radio an error message "CODE"
COMES ON.

It's some security thing with the car. I've had to fix this for my sister when her battery died. All you have to do is turn the key so your radio is on and enter the code given by manufacturer on the radio. The code should be written on the user manual or your dealership should have a record of it.
