2004 Ford F250 No power steering and no brakes

Steering problem
2004 Ford F250 V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic 116000 miles

I have a 2004 Ford F250 powerstroke, the power steering recently stopped working and I have no real braking, it will slow down to a stop but pressing on the brakes doesnt bring the truck to a dead stop. I checked the power steering fluid and it is full so is the brake fluid. Can you help me?
