Engine Mechanical problem

When the car is in Park, i turn the wheel to the left and after a certain time, the engine accelerates by itself (shown by the rpm gauge) and then decelerates and the car turns off. I opened the hood and repeated the step. As I turn the wheel I can slightly hear air rushing out of somewhere, then the engine accelerates, decelerates and then turns off. As soon as it turns off, you can hear air gush out of somewhere.
