Tires and Wheels problem
2004 Dodge Durango Two Wheel Drive Automatic
----------------------------------------------------------------
i had a right front tire flat this morning. my husband changed the tire and now the truck wont start. is this just a wierd concidence or could he have possibly hurt the starter or something. it makes a noise like it's the starter. i never had any problems like this before!! thanks
I dont think the starter is near the front tires. More on top of the engine. But a possibility is a light was left on all night, or something to that degree. Try charging the battery. If it doesnt start, try testing the alternator at a local Kragen or Autozone. If its neither of those, you may have a bigger problem on your hands.
thank you, i dont think its the battery, because i drove it before i got the flat and it was fine. does the starter not make a clicking noise when you turn the truck on? all the lights and window controls work also. i was low on gas bit the fuel light didnt come on yet, could that be it?
