Electrical problem
2004 Chrysler Sebring 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I'm replacing the relay to the blower motor. I have un-bolted the relay but can't separate the wiring harness from the relay. There is a red tab in the relay slot that I can push up but not all the way out of the slot. Should the red tab come all the way out of the slot? iI there any other clip that is holding the relay and wiring harness together? Tried to pull the pieces apart but they won't budge.
