2004 Chevy Malibu My car will start up, idle then die

2004 Chevy Malibu 4 cyl Automatic 133144 miles
My car will start up idle then die, when i slow down or come to a stop sign or red light it will idle rough, then die. Everybody told me this was something fuel related, so I had the fuel injectores, throttle body, air-intake, ports and intake valves cleaned. After doing this is was running fine for about 15 miles, then my check engine light starts blinking (first time ck engine light has came on) and when i push my gas i don't increase my speed. I pushed it more, the rpm went up to 5, it changed gears and went back to 2, but mainly held steady at 3. I made it in my driveway and as soon as i released the gas it died. I tried to crank it this morning. the rpm bounced between 1.5 to .5 but it stayed running and the check engine light is just steadily on. |
