Computer problem
2004 Chevy Malibu 6 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 65000 miles

JUST FILLED MY GAS TANK AND GAGE GOES DOWN TO EMPTY WHILE ENGINE IS RUNNING. WHEN I SHUT IT OFF GAGE GOES TO FULL WHEN CAR STARTS BUT GOES TO EMPTY SHORTLY AFTERWARDS WHT DOES THIS MEAN?

your fuel level sender is going bad and needs to be replaced
