Electrical problem

When I crank up my van, my cell phone loses it's signal. While I am on the phone, the receiver can hear me, but I can't hear them. If I stop and turn the van off, my signal comes back and I can hear the other party. I don't have any other electronics in the van....... Please help me!!!!!!!
