Air Conditioning problem
2004 Buick Ranier V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 67000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I am unable to redirect the air flow to the dash vents. The AC is working and directs the air flow to the windshield or the floor outlets. In the auto mode or the manual the damper door is not redirecting the air flow.

You have a stuck or broken mode door in the HVAC case.
