2004 Acura TSX 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 45000 miles

I was rear-ended a month ago. The repair shop repaired the back end of my vehicle, including some rear quarter panel body work. A portion of the trunk was also dented and would rub when opening and shutting the trunk lid. I have no antenna, or maybe an internal antenna running somewhere through the rear portion of my car. After getting my car back, I no longer get reception to my radio presets on my FM frequency. Could any rear end body work have affected the antenna in any way? There was also complete replacment of the exhuast system, which is one solid piece that runs from the front to the rear of the vehicle. I have also noticed that turning the engine off gets me some reception... any tips would be much appreciated.
