Heater problem

my heater fan wont work is there a relay or fuse some where

cooling fan fuse under the hood is #1 and #4,under the dash is #14.
blower motor fuse is also #14 under the dash,#12 under the hood and the blower motor relay is there as well. there's also a thermistor in between.
not sure which you refer to as a heater fan
