Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Subaru Outback 6 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 29000 miles

I recently purchased a Subaru Outback from the original owner, that was in a flood at her house. The water reached as high as the top of the dash. I have not tried to start the car or even hook cables to it. I want to know what I should do to get this car working again. I know I have to drain all fluids, what else should be done. I also want to know if its ok, to just hook up cables to see if any electronics are working, or will this possibly fry the computers before they are dried out. Thanks for your help.
