Brakes problem
2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive 70000 miles

My 2003 Saab needs to have the rotors turned and I removed the Allen head screw that seems to hold the rotor in place. I can't get the rotor off and it seems it could be seized up. How do you suggest I get the rotor off. I do not have a puller and don't want to cause another issue by forcing something.
