Engine Performance problem
2003 Saab 9-3 repair Question Automatic 86000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
This morning I get in my car, put the key in, nothing happens. The electrical system is fine - it even ran a check and reported "Check OK" when obviously, everything was not OK. I could hear the engine "click" but it would not turn over. Any ideas?

sounds like a bad starter motor or undercharged battery, even though the dash lights up you can try to jump start the car or charge the battery to be sure. then you can try tapping the starter motor with a hammer and see if that will jar it enough to start. this is only a temporary fix
