Drive Train Axles Bearings problem

My car has had a popping sound on the driver side
right under my feet, it pops when i turn the wheel.
i am trying to figure out if it is my balljoints, my axel
or maybe a bad tie rod. How do i figure out which
one it is. It will pop just by getting in with car not
cranked and turn the wheel.
