Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Other Nissan Models 4 cyl All Wheel Drive Automatic 56000 miles

I had a hard time to start my engine when at cold and hot engine. What could be causing this concern. My exhaust is emitting white smoke also.

If white smoke continues, after initial start up, you have an internal coolant leak, i.e., cracked head/blown head gasket.
