Heater problem

About 3 weeks ago after an oil change my son notice a puff of white smoke out the back of my car..about i week later i noticed that my heater didnot work..I brought my car two 2 mechanics and the both thought that it my be the head gasket..But i wast not overheating and i had nice color in my oil and antifreeze..Thwe only thing happening now is my overflow tank keeps filling up..I broght to a third mechanic and he has checked my thermostat, my water pump and my heater core..nothing..He doesnot think it is my head gasket..he is very experienced with engine and he is 99 percent sure it is not the head..Any ideas??? we are stumped
