Air Conditioning problem

I know there is condensate water trapped in the plastic pan surrounding the a/c condensor. where is the drain tube located and how do I get to it. I can see where the small hole on the under side of the car is located, but a piece of the suspension is preventing me from getting to the tube. Is there another access to this tube so that I can unclog it.
