i am having water leakage under my car where the air conditioning water usually comes from this leak is occuring even if i do not run the air conditioner what is the problem

Presser test the cooling system just to make sure that there is no problem with the heater core, and make sure that the drain is not partiality blocked and there is a build up of water in the system that is taking its time ti disperse, start here.

this is a small hank held device that all mechanics will have, it takes just a few Minuit's to do so your mechanic should only charge a nominal fee for the test.
