Engine Performance problem
2003 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic

I went to a football game the other game and now the car isnt running very well. All of my frineds keep telling me that someone put sugar in my gas tank or they put sugar or other substance in my oil. Can this ruin my engine, and total my cars engine? What other things can ruin a cars engine?
