Electrical problem
2003 Nissan Altima 4 cyl Front Wheel Drive Automatic 90500 miles

I have an issue with my auto not turning over, When i turn the key in the on position, then try to crank the dashboard lights dim but the dome and headights do not...and it will not crank or even sound like its trying to start. I tried to jump start it using another auto and it did the same...The battery is almost brand new and the connection is strong...Any help?
