2003 Hyundai Sonata One windshield wiper not working

Engine Mechanical problem
2003 Hyundai Sonata 4 cyl Two Wheel Drive Automatic 30000 miles

My 5 yr old son is fascinated by windshield wipers. I just discovered that he apparently crawled on the hood and manually forced the passenger side wiper to move. Now that wiper is not working. There is a little "jiggle" but it does not move the blade. Will I need to replace the wiper motor or might there be something else I can check into. Thanks.

PRobably a wiper linkage issue. Between the wiper moto and the pivots where the arms attach there is a "wiper transmission". You need to access this ans see what is going on. IT may be as simple as just re-connecting the linkage.
