2003 GMC Yukon V8 All Wheel Drive Automatic 75000 miles
----------------------------------------------------------------
I replaced the rear air ride shocks last night in our 2003 Yukon Denali XL after blowing one out towing our camper. I replaced them with new GM units that I believe are a bit heavier duty. I bought them from a reputable auto recycler that claims to have sold over 50 pairs of these new take off shocks. I do not doubt there is anything wrong with the shocks as they made every attempt to make sure I was ordering exactly what I would need. They suggested upon installation, that I disconnect the battery for 10 min. or so to clear my stability code, but as of yet, cannot seem to clear the code. I have attemped clearing any engine codes with my MAC ET50, but doesn't seem to affect the suspension codes. Any advise?
