2003 Chevy Tahoe V8 Four Wheel Drive Automatic

My autoscanner shows code P0135
O2 sensor heater circuit malfunction ( Bank 1 Sensor 1) Is this a major problem or is it ok to drive?

i would replace it, but you should be ok to drive it
