sometimes speedometer works fine, others it does not. when not working it may run higher that actual, but most of the time it runs lower than actual. down to 0 at 70 mph. this started after i went to wisconsin in feb from georgia. after first ice and snow. this started. is it the speedometer head? can it be reset, repaired or replaced. can it it be the connection at the transmission. the mileage which is electronic seems to work fine.
