Engine Performance problem

My 2003 Chevy Astro is missing and sputtering. Then it seems to get gas and go all of a sudden. Now it is stalling out and I am having trouble starting it too. The oil pressure drops too and this seems to correlate with the difficulty running smoothly- seems to be getting too much gas at times. Turning on the air conditioning seems to make it worse. This started after it got wet in a rain storm. I have had this problem previously but it got better after it dried out. This time it hasn't gotten better but is getting worse. Please help we need this vehicle.
